Shipping policy
Brompton Kitchen (as Seller) is based in Singapore and all orders will be shipped from Singapore. Shipment terms: EXWORKS.
Customer is responsible for correct Shipping address. Seller is to be notified for any Shipping address changes within 2 hours since the order placed. No changes can be done afterwards.
Seller is not to be held responsible for incorrect Shipping address, and no items and shipping fee will be refunded.
In the event the package returned to the Seller for any reasons (e.g wrong shipping address, no recipient available, moving house, fail to pay duty, or for any other reasons), Seller will refund the amount of items less admin charges, platform charges, and any other charges to the payment method used upon ordering. No shipping amount will be refunded to Customer.
Seller is not to be held responsible for missing package caused by the shipping company.
Seller does not collect local duties & taxes upon payment checkout. All duties and tax related to the import of the goods to Customer's country are payable by Customer. In the event the package returned to the Seller from the Customer's country for any reasons (e.g refusal of payment duty, failed to pay the duty, and any other reasons), Seller will refund the amount of items less admin charges, platform charges, return package charges by courier, and any other charges to the payment method used upon ordering. No shipping amount will be refunded to Customer.
