Shipping policy
Customer is responsible for correct Shipping address. Brompton Kitchen (as Seller) is to be notified for any Shipping address changes within 2 hours since the order placed. No changes can be done afterwards.
Seller is not to be held responsible for incorrect Shipping address, and no items and shipping fee will be refunded.
In the event the package returned to the Seller for any reasons (e.g wrong shipping address, no recipient available, moving house, etc.), Seller will refund the amount of items less admin charges, platform charges, etc to the payment method used upon ordering. No shipping amount will be refunded to Customer.
Seller is not to be held responsible for missing package caused by the shipping company.
All duties and tax related to the import of the goods to their country are payable by Customer.
Customer deemed to have read and understood the terms upon ordering.
